8th Grade Promotion Information

Practice for promotion will be the morning of the 21st. We ask that students look presentable and dressed appropriately that morning for practice, especially if they would like pictures. Pictures will be available for purchase. The picture form is attached to this message and students can grab one from the school office.

Students must participate in practice in order to come to promotion that night. 

Once practice has been completed, we will have our end of year awards assembly for the middle school students. When that is completed, 8th grade students may be dismissed from school for the remainder of the day. If you are signing your child out early please come to the school office to pick them up. If your child is going to ride home with another student, please send a note giving them permission to do so. We will send out a text when we are done and students are ready to be picked up.

Location: High School Gym 

All family members are welcome.

Please have students arrive by 5:30pm. They will line up in the downstairs hallway outside of the gym. The ceremony will begin promptly at 6:00pm.

Once 8th grade promotion is completed, 8th grade students have fulfilled their requirements for the year and are not required to be at school for the last day on May 22nd.
